  • Upload data exports (including CSV files) from various third-party services
  • Store uploaded data within a user account (optional)
  • Generate personalised insights and analytics from uploaded data
  • Create personalised "calling cards" featuring selected insights
  • Share calling cards on social media platforms

The Service may evolve over time as features are added, removed, or modified.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 16, you represent that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

  • Creating an account is optional but required for storing data, insights, or calling cards
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4.2 Account Security

  • You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Service to:

  • Upload your own personal data exports from supported platforms
  • Generate insights from your own data
  • Create and share calling cards based on your data
  • Use outputs from the Service for personal or commercial purposes, provided you do not resell or misuse the Service itself

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Upload data that you do not own or do not have permission to use
  • Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of others
  • Upload personal data relating to other individuals without appropriate consent
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others using the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data

6. Data Upload, Storage, and Processing

6.1 Data Ownership and Licence

  • You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service, including raw data files
  • By uploading data, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, analyse, and use your data in order to:
    • Provide and operate the Service
    • Generate insights, analytics, and calling cards for you
    • Improve, maintain, and develop the Service

This licence may include the use of aggregated, anonymised, or de-identified data for research, analytics, product development, and other business purposes.

6.2 Data Quality and Accuracy

  • You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and quality of the data you upload
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any insights generated
  • Insights are based on automated and algorithmic analysis and may not reflect reality

6.3 Data Storage

  • We store uploaded raw data, generated insights, and created calling cards
  • We may store uploaded data even if you do not create an account, for the purpose of processing, generating insights, and enabling sharing features
  • Data retention periods may vary depending on whether an account is created, and are subject to our Privacy Policy
  • You may request deletion of your data by deleting your account or contacting us

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

  • SuperWrapped, including its name, trademarks, logos, software, algorithms, and service architecture, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our proprietary technology without permission

7.2 Your Rights

  • You retain ownership of your original uploaded data
  • Insights and calling cards generated from your data are considered derivative works of that data
  • You may use, share, and publish your calling cards freely, including on social media and for commercial purposes
  • By creating, sharing, or making calling cards publicly accessible, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute those calling cards (including associated insights and email) for marketing, promotional, showcase, and product discovery purposes, including featured galleries and examples, unless you opt out via your account settings or by contacting us

7.3 AI-Generated Content

  • Certain titles, descriptions, visuals, or insights may be generated using AI systems
  • AI-generated output is provided as part of the Service
  • We may generate similar or identical outputs for other users

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

9.1 Manual Data Export

The Service does not directly integrate with third-party platforms. Users must manually:

  • Download their own data exports from third-party services
  • Upload those exports to SuperWrapped

We are not responsible for the availability, format, or accuracy of third-party data exports.

9.2 User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Complying with third-party terms when exporting data
  • Ensuring you have the right to export and use uploaded data
  • Verifying that uploaded data belongs to you
  • Understanding third-party export limitations

10. Service Availability

10.1 No Guarantee

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service
  • The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time

  • We may perform maintenance or updates that affect availability
