How to export your Strava data

Step-by-step guide to downloading your Strava data export, and what superwrapped turns it into. Your files are parsed and stored in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.

Step by step

  1. 1.Open your account settings: Sign in at strava.com and go to Settings then My Account.
  2. 2.Request your archive: Under Download or Delete Your Account, click Get Started, then choose Request Your Archive (step 1 on that page; you are not deleting your account).
  3. 3.Wait for the email: Strava emails you a link to a ZIP archive of all your activities; this can take from a few minutes to a few hours.
  4. 4.Upload to superwrapped: Drop the ZIP into superwrapped.

Only the archive request lives on the account-deletion page; requesting it does not delete anything.
